Condo unit information pages

Automated Contacts will implement a database unit page on your website so all information regarding a unit can display a title, description, rates, thumbnail size pictures and full size pictures. A book online section will need to be added to your website which includes a Check In and Check Out date entry along with a Check Availability will bring you to your online reservation system.

Online Payment Feature – My Reservations

A link to pay for an existing reservation or reservations with a balance section typically called My Reservations. The My Reservations link will bring a guest to a payment page based on the email address and the reservation id that they enter.

Online Reservation System

System will provide a 3 step check out process. Online System has some built in features that can be changed: 7 day 10% discount, 3 day minimum reservations, 7 day minimum reservation during holidays (Christmas, New Years). Units will display based on check in and check out dates with filter options for bed size (1 BR, 2 BR, etc..) and or Property (If more than one property). The unit listing page has a link to see the more information regarding the unit with big pictures to assist the guest with making the reservation decision. The system will maintain the stay dates as the customer navigates to this page. The unit option list can be sorted by price high-low and low-high. The second step of the check out process has a apply promo feature that is maintained by the administration system so you can offer promotional discounts. The third step of the process is a typical credit card payment. The system has a pay 50% feature for reservations outside of 30 days or full payment of reservation.

POS (Front Desk) Reservation System

The system provides reservations searches by reservation ID, guest name, group name, email address, and check in date. Reservations can be booked and the system will not let you do a double booking. There are no limitations or filters in the internal reservation system. The system allows for three types of reservations; guest reservations, owner reservations, and friend and family reservations. A friends and family reservation is dictated by the owner agreement with the property management company.
